Ms Nimisha Sharma

There are times when life can begin to feel overwhelming β€” when anxiety, stress, or unresolved experiences start affecting how we relate to ourselves and the people around us. You may find yourself navigating expectations, life transitions, relationship challenges, or emotions that feel difficult to name or understand.


Carrying these experiences alone can feel heavy.

In therapy, my intention is to create a space where you can slow down and gently explore what you’ve been holding. 


My work is guided by a trauma-informed lens, recognising how past experiences, environments, and relationships shape the ways we think, feel, and respond in the present.


I integrate expressive arts therapy, cognitive behavioural approaches, mindfulness practices, and somatic awareness to help clients understand their internal experiences more deeply. Sometimes words alone are not enough β€” creative expression, reflection, and body awareness can open new pathways for understanding and healing.


The therapy space I aim to offer is one where curiosity replaces judgment, and where there is room for the imperfect, evolving nature of being human. Healing is not something that needs to be forced or rushed, it unfolds gradually - as we begin to reconnect with our emotions, our bodies, and our sense of self.
